At Strength with Deanna, each product is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because all items are made to order, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled because each item is custom-made.
